Retainer – £30 per hour
The retainer package guarantees my dedicated time each month at a reduced hourly rate, ensuring your workload is my top priority.
Hours are invoiced in advance at the beginning of each month, this ensures that there are no surprise additional costs. Time is tracked and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes and I will notify you if you are getting close to your selected hours for the month.
Hours include briefing time and do not carry over from month-to-month unless specifically agreed due to special circumstances. Minimum number of hours to be agreed and hours can be increased subject to availability within the month or for following months.
Time reports of hours worked can be supplied upon request
Ad-Hoc – £35 per hour
Perhaps you are starting a new project and don’t yet know how many hours it will require or maybe you are new to using a virtual assistant and don’t want to commit to a retainer just yet, my ad-hoc service is great place to start. Gain the flexibility of pay as you go support but with a top end service as and when it is required.
Available for as little as just an hour a month, up to as many hours required subject to availability, as retainer clients will be allocated my available hours first.
