My name is Sam and I am the face behind the Easylife VA name, and I’m an organisation addict!
Whether it’s colour-coded spreadsheets mapping out the year ahead or making sure every label in the cupboard is perfectly aligned, creating order just makes sense to me.
When I decided to go self-employed to create a better balance for my family, I knew I wanted to build a business around something that felt natural. Organisation isn’t something I have to try at, it’s something I genuinely love and now I get to use that to support other businesses, because behind every busy business owner is usually a long to-do list, an overflowing inbox, and a hundred small tasks that never quite get finished!
Many of my clients come to me feeling stretched, juggling multiple priorities, and knowing they need support but not always sure where to start. That’s absolutely fine! Together, we can identify where I can make the biggest difference and build support around what you need most.
From managing complex schedules to coordinating events and maintaining efficient systems, I’ve built a skillset that allows me to step into your business and make an immediate impact. With over 15 years’ experience in administrative support and event coordination, including more than a decade with a Royal Warrant holding company, I’ve worked in environments where exceptionally high standards, professionalism, and discretion were expected at all times. This has shaped the way I work today, with a strong focus on organisation, attention to detail, reliability, and consistently delivering high-quality support.
I know how overwhelming running a business can feel, especially when you’re trying to do everything yourself. Having the right support isn’t just about getting tasks done.
It’s about creating space, reducing stress, and helping your business grow in a way that feels manageable. That’s what I love being part of.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, baking, or planning our next holiday, probably with a spreadsheet involved!
