This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about how I (Samantha Wood), operating as Easylife VA, collect, use, and protect your personal data. I offer services in remote administrative assistance, lifestyle support and event coordination for small and medium sized businesses and individuals.

I do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for Easylife VA, such as the servers for my email communications who are provided access to the user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from me. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at my direction and in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

In general, the Personal Information you provide to me is used to help me communicate with you.

4. Retaining and deleting your personal information

I will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes I collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

When deciding what the correct time is to keep the data for I will look at its amount, nature and sensitivity, a potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure, the processing purposes, if these can be achieved by other means and legal requirements.

For tax purposes, the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they stop being customers.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to access, update or to erase the information we hold about you, the right of rectification, the right to object and restriction of processing, the right to portability and the right to withdraw consent.

This privacy notice was published on 10th September 2024.

I may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our Site.  If I should update any of my policies with regards to how we handle your personal data, I will notify you by email and make you aware of the changes. In the event of being unable to contact you I recommend, of your own accord, that you read this privacy notice occasionally so as to keep yourself fully up to date with our privacy policies and procedures.
